Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, refunds can be issued with a 20% restock fee not including shipping charges if made within 30 days of purchasing Anything past 30 days cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We will provide a return label for sending your products back and your refund will be issued once we receive the return items. If you have a defective item, a full refund or replacement will be issued if notified within 30 days of purchasing. Please submit photos of defective product to orders@rhinomats.com and we will issue a shipping label for your return. Once we receive the defective product, we will mail your replacement or issue a refund depending on your preference. You will not be held responsible for shipping fees if your replacement is due to a defective item.    

Warranty Statement

Ranco Industries guarantees its salon anti-fatigue mats to be free from any defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to original purchaser, and will not crack, chip, or curl under normal usage for 2-5 years (product pending). Should a salon mat, during the warranty period, prove to be defective in material and/or workmanship, Ranco Industries will, at its discretion, replace the product at no charge provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, accident, disaster, alteration, or modification. The warranty coverage runs from the original date of purchase. Replacement of the mat does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period. The warranty does not cover any transportation and/or service costs associated with the warranty process. The warranty only covers replacement of the defective mat. This warranty is void under certain conditions, including but not limited to: placement of furniture or other stationary objects on the mat; use of the mat in an application not recommended by Ranco Industries; cutting or altering of the mat by any individual or company other than Ranco Industries. This limited warranty does not cover damage arising from floor space heaters next to mats, discoloration due to cleaning fluids, bleach and chemicals, and use of the mat outdoors. All warranty claims must be sent with a photo (to orders@rhinomats.com) of the damage and be returned to Ranco Industries shipping charges prepaid for final approval. In no event will Ranco Industries be liable to customer for damages for consequential or incidental damages associated with any warranty claim. Ranco Industries reserves the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse within 30 days prior to issuing any replacement or prorated refund of the mat. Refusal to provide such an opportunity for inspection will void the limited warranty. All warranty claims are to be addressed and shipped to Ranco Industries Inc.,
